Macro&Muscle Terms of Use

1. Who we are and what this covers

Macro&Muscle is run by [Craftsman Media and Internet Marketing LLC, address] ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or over and able to enter into a contract.

3. Not medical advice

Macro&Muscle gives estimates for calories, nutrients and training. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor or dietitian. Talk to a professional before you change your diet or start an exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or take medication. Stop exercising and get help if you feel unwell. You use the app at your own risk.

4. Your account

Sign-in is by an emailed link. Keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

5. Free and Pro

Some features are free and some are part of Macro&Muscle Pro. [Describe the plans once final: monthly, 6 months, 12 months, prices shown in the store, a 14-day free trial on the 12-month plan, and the Founding Member offer if it goes ahead.]

• Billing: purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Cancel: cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Trials: if a free trial applies, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel first.
• Refunds: handled by Apple or Google under their rules.

6. Your content

You own what you log and write. You allow us to store and process it to run the app for you. You can export or delete it in Settings.

7. Our content

The recipes, exercise information, videos, text and design in the app belong to us or our licensors. You may use them inside the app for your own personal use. You may not copy, download, record, share, resell or use them to train AI systems, or try to get around the app's protections.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no access to other people's accounts or data, no automated scraping.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, pause or stop features. We try to keep the app running but do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Food and nutrient values are estimates and can be wrong.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to [the amount you paid us in the last 12 months]. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [Lawyer to review for UAE and consumer law.]

11. Ending

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
